Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted for 15 days after delivery.

· Unopened items are eligible for a full refund of the item cost. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Opened items will receive a refund for the item cost, minus a 10% restocking fee.

· Customer is responsible for return shipping to Los Angeles, 90046, USA. 

RETURN PROCESS:

To start a return, please send your name, order number and reason for return to: 
info@the-anthropologist-tarot.com. We will open your return ticket and provide instructions for sending back your item.

You will be responsible for safely re-packing your items and shipping them back. If possible, use the original shipping materials (cover or remove all labels from the original shipment). We highly suggest using a shipping method with tracking. Once the returned items are delivered to us, your refund will be sent via the original payment method of your order. You will receive confirmation and a receipt via Shopify, and the refund will appear on your statement within approximately 15 days.

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are not offered at this time.
You may return your item(s) and place a new order.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you believe the item you received is damaged or defective, please send an email to info@the-anthropologist-tarot.com with your order number and a description of the damage/defect. Include photos if possible– this will help us ensure it doesn't happen again! We are happy to refund or replace damaged or defective items.
